Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to forward mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
